Overview
JobResponsibilities
- Cleans and sanitizes on campus as needed.
- Set up and tear down of event meetings.
- Stocking of all cleaning supplies.
- Follows local, state, and OSHA regulations
- Uses and wears safety and/or protective equipment, as appropriate
- Adheres to proper cleaning methods, storage, and proper care of equipment and supplies
- Takes all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities
- Attends in-service training to develop and improve knowledge and skills of cleaning service work
- Complies with and supports school regulations and policies
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Administration in accordance with school policies
- Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Ability to sustain prolonged periods of bending, kneeling, standing, and walking.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with emphasis on meeting tight deadlines.
- Able to safely use cleaning supplies with knowledge regarding proportional chemicals or cleaning solutions.
- Able to perform the above essential duties without physical restrictions that would endanger the health and safety of the worker or others.
- Must pass DOV level II background screening with satisfactory results.
